Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Occupational Health Nurse to join our team in Cork. The ideal candidate will play a key role in promoting employee health and well-being, ensuring compliance with occupational health regulations, and providing high-quality care to our workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct health assessments and screenings for employees.
• Provide advice on health promotion and disease prevention.
• Collaborate with management to implement health and safety programs.
• Manage and maintain accurate health records.
• Provide training and support on occupational health topics.
• Respond to occupational health concerns and provide recommendations.
• Work closely with external health professionals and agencies as needed.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse with a valid nursing license in Ireland.
• Experience in occupational health nursing or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant certifications in occupational health are a plus.
