Role: Administrator with accounts duties
Contract Type: Permanent
Location: Ardglass
The Role: We are looking for a highly organised Administrative Assistant with a background in accounts being beneficial, to support our Client. In this role, you will assist with administrative duties while helping manage basic financial tasks. This position is a full-time position, however there may be an option to work 4 days per week, one of which must be a Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and appointments.
- Organises office records and documentation.
- Prepare reports and business documents as needed.
Accounts Assistance:
- Process invoices and expense reports.
- Reconcile financial records and assist with accounts payable/receivable.
- Update financial data in accounting software.
General Office Duties:
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Assist with time-sheets and other HR-related tasks.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years experience in administrative or accounts roles.
- Proficient in MS Office with accounting software (e.g. Sage) being beneficial but not essential.
- Good Excel experience
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Good communication and time management abilities.
Hours of Work:
- 8am - 4pm Monday to Friday
