Administrator required, Richill area

40 hours a week (9am-5.30pm Mon - Fri)

Salary depending on experience

**own transport essential due to company location

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Contact with customers daily (inbound and outbound calls) to collate order information
  • Processing orders onto database quickly and effectively, liaising with other departments where necessary
  • Printing pick lists for production team
  • Final order checks before printing invoices to be delivered with orders
  • Label printing
  • Scanning returned invoices for payments process
  • Resolving issues where stock does not arrive as planned
  • Maintaining all documents relating to supply chain process
  • Working as part of a busy team to forward plan for customer requirements

Who We're Looking For:

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Educated to GCSE Level, Grades A*-C, or equivalent (including Maths & English)
  • Minimum 2 year's previous experience providing administration support
  • Must have proven experience of working in a fast-moving environment where ability to deliver is paramount
  • The applicant should be dynamic, energetic, self-driven with a positive "can do" attitude towards work and a clear focus on deliverable metrics
