Accountant

ACCOUNTANT | DUBLIN 15/KILKENNY & HYBRID | PERMANENT |

Due to immense growth, our client, based in Dublin 15 are currently searching for an experienced Accountant to join their team on a permanent basis.

The ideal candidate would be a qualified Accountant who has previous experience in financial reporting of multi-entities in a corporate business environment.

Please note that this role is Hybrid working from home, with the option of working from their office in Dublin or Kilkenny for the office days.

THE ROLE|

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will play a central role in the Reporting of the business during its next phase of growth on site while working closely with key business stakeholders from Operations. You will be responsible for processing financial data on their ERP system for Financial Statements, as well as assisting with external audits and updating reports for internal controls.

RESPONSIBILITIES |

• Complete the processes regarding reconciliations in the internal control accounting system for entities within your portfolio
• Ownership of financial audit ensuring process and compliance are completed to company standards
• Statutory Accounts preparation
• Prepare accounts for month end reporting
• Assisting with the Credit Control and Treasury Teams

REQUIREMENTS |

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CTA or equivalent)
• Minimum 3 years' experience in financial accounts coordination
• Strong accounting systems knowledge as well as Workday, Concept, Excel, Google applications, Power BI.
• Financial control experience
• Experience in Multi-entity business account coordination is an advantage
