Location: Strangford
Job Type: Temporary - covering sickness
Rate of Pay: £13.69 per hour
Hours of Work: 37.50hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
About the Role
The post holder will report to a designated manager to deliver excellence in customer service via the telephone and/or at the public counter acting as a customer advocate across a comprehensive range of housing services. A core role of CSU Advisors is to accurately diagnose and record repairs for Housing Executive tenants and work in partnership with others to resolve issues.

Essential Requirements
- 5 GCSEs at grades A-C including English and Mathematics or equivalent
- A minimum of one year's customer service experience
- Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your workload effectively
- Basic IT proficiency and the ability to use computer systems to input, retrieve and maintain information
- Good communication skills, with the ability to deal professionally with customers and stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail when maintaining records and processing information
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A professional approach to handling confidential information and following policies and procedures
