Staffline Ireland are recruiting for a Sales Manager on behalf of a leading manufacturing company. The Sales Manager will lead, develop, and manage a team of Field Sales Representatives. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, overseeing sales performance, and ensuring the team delivers exceptional customer experiences while expanding market share across Northern Ireland.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of Field Sales Representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to grow existing accounts and win new business.
• Monitor individual and team performance against KPIs, providing regular feedback and performance reviews.
• Drive a high-performance sales culture focused on accountability, results, and continuous improvement.
• Support the team in closing high-value deals and complex negotiations.
• Oversee pipeline management and ensure effective use of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Analyse sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with senior management to align sales strategy with business objectives.
• Ensure excellent customer service and post-sale support standards are maintained.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members as required.
• Any other duties role may involve.

Person Specification:

• 5 years' experience in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Experience in packaging, manufacturing, or related industry preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and strategic planning abilities.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce.

The Rewards

The successful Sales Manager will enjoy a competitive salary circa £50,000 - £65,000 depending on experience plus commission, car and fuel card.

Location

The Sales Manager role will be covering Northern Ireland.
