SALES SUPPORT | SANTRY | PERMANENT

Our client located in Santry is seeking a team member to join their Sales/Business Development team for a 6 month contract. This is telesales role where you will be completing outbound calls to business customers alongside the wider team. This role is ideal for someone who has previous telephone customer sales support setting, providing product information to customers and coordinating orders.

This role is fully office based with parking on site and close to nearby bus route transport in Santry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES|

• Develop new business opportunities through outbound sales campaigns.
• Manage and grow long-term client relationships.
• Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and warehouse teams.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, reporting, and sales forecasts.
• Provide sales insights and support continuous improvement initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS|

• 2 years' experience in outbound B2B sales or business sales support
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
• Confident communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience using CRM systems as well as Microsoft Office.
