Our client, a leading consultancy company based in Dublin 12, is seeking a Recruitment Administrator to join its award-winning recruitment team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with one year's experience in administration, customer service, recruitment or HR. If you are organised, enjoy working with people and are keen to learn, we would welcome your application.

The position is offered initially on a fixed-term contract, with the possibility of a longer-term opportunity. Reporting to the Business Manager, you will gain practical experience across recruitment, on-boarding and payroll administration.

What You'll Be Doing

• Act as first point of contact, responding to recruitment and payroll queries
• Supporting payroll administration, including timesheet processing, starter and leaver details, holidays and absence records
• Providing day-to-day administrative support to consultants
• Scheduling interviews and assisting with on-boarding, contracts and reference requests
• Supporting marketing activities and general administration
• Assisting with projects and keeping records accurate and up to date

What You'll Bring

• A recent qualification in business, HR or a related discipline, or 1 year's relevant experience
• Good communication skills and a friendly, professional approach
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
• Comfortable working with numbers and checking information for accuracy
• Initiative, a willingness to ask questions and enthusiasm for learning
• A customer-focused attitude and the ability to work well with others

• Salary of €30,000-€32,000
• A 37.5-hour working week, Monday to Friday (3 day week may be considered)
