Sales Support Executive
Location: Bray, Co. Wicklow | Salary: €32,000 - €34,000 | Type: Permanent

We're recruiting on behalf of our client located in Bray, Co. Wicklow for a Sales Support Executive to join their team and play a key role in ensuring customers receive an exceptional service from initial enquiry through to project delivery.
This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll work closely with Sales, Technical, Design, Service, Shipping, Warehouse and Accounts, making sure information flows smoothly, projects stay on track and customers are kept informed every step of the way.
What you will be doing:
- Act as a key point of contact for customers, responding to calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Support the sales team with quotes, orders, project administration and pipeline management.
- Coordinate projects from initial quotation through to order, design, shipping and delivery.
- Maintain accurate project logs, files, documentation and order information.
- Liaise with internal teams to resolve issues and keep projects moving to schedule.
- Follow up on quotations and support the sales team in achieving targets.
- Provide customers with accurate updates on product availability, order status and delivery.
- Work closely with Service to ensure a smooth transition from project delivery to ongoing customer support.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally, ensuring issues are followed through to resolution.
- Attend project and inter-departmental meetings and communicate updates across teams.
- Provide general administrative and office support, helping ensure the office runs efficiently.
- Keep price lists, templates, spreadsheets and other key business information accurate and up to date.
- Step in to support other areas of the business when required.
Interested applicants will ideally have:
- Experience in sales support, sales administration, customer service, order processing or project coordination.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Confidence communicating with customers and internal stakeholders.
- The ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and competing priorities.
- A proactive approach - someone who spots what needs doing and gets on with it.
- Strong IT and administration skills, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- The ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
- A professional, positive and solutions-focused approach.
