Executive Property Assistant | Contract | Athlone

The Client: Our client is a high-profile national organisation that plays a key role in supporting economic development, international investment and regional growth across Ireland.

We are currently recruiting an experienced and highly organised Executive Property Assistant to join their Strategic Property Management team in Athlone on a 12-month maternity cover contract.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a large, well-established organisation and work within a professional property function, supporting a diverse portfolio of projects, reporting activities and strategic initiatives.

Duties:

  • Provide high-quality administrative support to the Property Management team.
  • Manage incoming telephone and email queries and respond to requests for information.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, documentation and property information.
  • Provide research and analysis support to the wider team as required.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, property data and marketing materials.
  • Support Property Executives with key projects and ongoing initiatives.
  • Coordinate reports, submissions and supporting documentation for senior management and relevant committees.
  • Maintain monitoring systems to track actions, deadlines and deliverables.
  • Provide administrative support in relation to contracts and procurement activities.

Hours of work:

Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Hybrid working - Three days in the office, two days remote

Length of contract: 12-month maternity contract

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative, executive support, secretarial or coordination position.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience preparing professional reports, presentations and documentation.
  • Ability to manage and respond to queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities.

In Return:

  • Hourly rate within the region of €16-€17 per hour
  • Weekly payroll
