We are currently seeking a Recruitment Administrator to join our team, based between our client site in Clonshaugh, and our branch office in Swords.
This is an exciting opportunity for an organised, proactive and people-focused individual to play a key role in supporting the delivery of a high-quality recruitment service. Working closely with the Account Manager and client, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process, candidate onboarding, compliance and day-to-day client administration.
The Role
As Recruitment Administrator, you will help ensure the recruitment service is delivered efficiently and effectively while meeting client requirements, service levels and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment
Work closely with the client to develop a strong understanding of roles, organisational structure, culture, specifications and assignment durations.
Source and recruit candidates across a range of roles and levels in line with agreed recruitment KPIs.
Screen and assess candidates to ensure suitability for available positions.
Register candidates in accordance with all relevant legal, ethical and company compliance requirements.
Complete eligibility-to-work and other required compliance checks.
Ensure all candidate records and documentation are accurate and maintained appropriately.
Issue onboarding information, including assignment briefing forms, handbooks and relevant documentation.
Support the Account Manager in achieving agreed recruitment and service KPIs.
Client Management & Administration
Work closely with the Account Manager to deliver an efficient and innovative recruitment service.
Develop a strong working relationship with the client and provide a professional point of contact throughout the recruitment process.
Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and add value to the client relationship.
Prepare management information, reports and recruitment updates in line with the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Provide administrative and operational support to the Account Manager as required.
Ensure all activities are completed accurately, efficiently and within agreed deadlines.

Competent in Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems and processes quickly.
Previous recruitment, HR, administration or client-facing experience would be advantageous, although candidates with strong transferable skills are encouraged to apply.
