Location: Housing Centre, Belfast
Grade: B7 | Salary: SCP 34 - £23.37 per hour
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday-Friday
Contract: Fixed-term, 21 September 2026 - 21 December 2026
Department: HR - Organisational Development & Management, Equality Unit

The Housing Executive is seeking an Equality & Inclusion Manager to support the delivery of its Equality Scheme, Disability Action Plan and Equality, Diversity & Inclusion objectives.

The successful candidate will contribute to the development of policies promoting equality of opportunity for Section 75 groups, help mainstream equality across the organisation, and support the EDIS Manager with outreach, governance and safeguarding objectives.

Essential Criteria

• 1-5 years' relevant experience.
• Beginner-level IT proficiency.
• Ability to meet the requirements outlined in the Job Description and Person Specification.
• Basic Access NI check required.
