CONTRACTS & OPERATIONS MANAGER

Kilkenny / Ireland | Permanent

We are seeking an experienced Contracts & Operations Manager to oversee a portfolio of industrial contracts and operational teams across Ireland.

THE OPPORTUNITY |

• Base Salary €60,000 - €80,000, negotiable depending on experience
• 10% performance-related bonus based on KPIs

THE ROLE|

• The position is based in Kilkenny, although there is flexibility regarding location due to the significant level of travel required to client sites throughout Ireland.
• This is a key senior leadership position responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of contracts and operational services.
• You will play a central role in developing and maintaining client relationships, managing commercial variations, supporting operational teams, and ensuring consistently high standards across Health & Safety, quality, service delivery, and operational performance.

ABOUT YOU|

• Strong experience in contract or operations management
• Proven people-management and leadership capabilities
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills
• Engineering qualification or equivalent relevant industry experience
• Flexibility and willingness to travel extensively throughout Ireland
• A full driving licence
• Experience within the water/wastewater sector would be highly desirable
