SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR | DUBLIN NORTH | PERMANENT |

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a permanent basis.

ON OFFER |

• €75,000-€90,000 Neg. DOE

THE ROLE |

• Review tenders, budgets, and commercial targets.
• Manage subcontractor procurement and contract administration.
• Oversee valuations, variations, payments, and cost control.
• Monitor project accounts and prepare commercial reports.
• Manage contractual correspondence and final accounts.
• Complete project close-out and financial reporting.

REQUIREMENTS |

• Relevant Quantity Surveying qualification.
• 5+ years' experience with a building contractor desirable.
• Strong commercial and contract management experience.
• Excellent IT and communication skills.
• Highly organised and self-motivated.
