Planner

PLANNER | DUBLIN | PERMANENT

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Planner to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Planner to join a growing organisation and play a key role in the successful delivery of construction projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES |

• Develop, manage and maintain detailed construction programmes and contract schedules.
• Support the preparation of tender programmes and associated planning documentation.
• Assist project teams with programme development, scheduling and ongoing updates.
• Monitor project progress and ensure programmes remain aligned with key milestones and contractual requirements.
• Provide guidance and training to wider teams on planning systems, processes and software.
• Work closely with project and planning teams to ensure effective programme management.

KEY REQUIREMENTS |

• Relevant third-level qualification, preferably in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years' experience in a construction planning role.
• Strong knowledge of construction programming and project scheduling.
• Excellent IT skills, with practical experience using industry-standard planning software.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or Asta Powerproject is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple project teams.
