SENIOR COORDINATING ENGINEER | DUBLIN | PERMANENT

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Coordinating Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis, offering an excellent opportunity to take a key role in the technical coordination and delivery of construction projects.

THE ROLE |

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the technical coordination and management of the project, working closely with the design team, consultants and construction teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES |

• Coordinate design, technical and construction information.
• Manage RFIs, technical queries and design issues.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants and subcontractors.
• Review drawings, specifications and technical submissions.
• Support project delivery in line with programme, quality, health & safety and commercial requirements.
• Identify and resolve technical and construction issues.
• Attend design and project coordination meetings.
• Ensure technical information is available to site when required.

REQUIREMENTS |

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• 5+ years' relevant construction experience within a contracting environment.
• Strong experience in technical/design coordination.
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of construction, quality, programme and H&S requirements.
• Engineers Ireland membership is desirable.
