Warehouse Manager

WAREHOUSE MANAGER | DUBLIN NORTH | PERMANENT |

We are recruiting an experienced, motivated Warehouse Manager to oversee the day-to-day warehouse operations for one of our clients in North Dublin.

THE ROLE |

The successful candidate will lead a warehouse team, ensuring that all activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with company quality and operational standards. The role requires a strong background in warehouse supervision, stock control, team management, and warehouse systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES|

• Supervise daily warehouse team activities.
• Drive workflow efficiency and meet targets and KPI's.
• Maintain accurate stock records and traceability.
• Oversee goods-in, storage, picking, dispatch, and cross-docking.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
• Deliver inductions, training, and coaching.
• Monitor performance and resolve operational issues.
• Support recruitment and onboarding.
• Maintain warehouse systems and timely data entry.
• Liaise with management and internal stakeholders.
• Attend operational, safety, quality, and training meetings.
• Identify improvements in efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.
• Maintain warehouse equipment and working areas to standard.

REQUIREMENTS|

• 3+ years' warehouse supervisory/management experience.
• Able to manage and motivate warehouse teams.
• Strong stock and inventory control knowledge.
• Cross-docking experience.
• WMS experience.
• Forklift and warehouse equipment experience.
• Strong warehouse health and safety knowledge.
• Excellent organisation and time management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive problem-solving and improvement mindset.
