Dublin | 24-Month Contract Opportunity
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are currently recruiting a Corporate Property Manager on behalf of a major public healthcare organisation.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced property professional to provide specialist advice across the management, governance and development of a large national healthcare estate.
The successful candidate will contribute to the organisation's property strategy, ensuring transactions and estate activities are delivered in accordance with statutory, regulatory and public-sector requirements.
Working at a national level, you will engage with regional teams, senior stakeholders and external organisations across a diverse portfolio, contributing to strategic planning, governance and key estate initiatives.
Reporting to: Estate Manager - Corporate Property
SALARY & BENEFITS
- Salary scale: €80,676 - €100,693
- 24-month temporary contract
- 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- 30 days annual leave + public holidays
- Offices based in Carrickmines, Swords and Elm Park
- Exposure to strategic estate planning and major property transactions
- Engagement with senior stakeholders across a large-scale public-sector environment
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DAY-TO-DAY ACTIVITIES
You will contribute to the effective operation of the estate through activities including:
- Providing specialist property advice across the organisation
- Liaising with external bodies, government departments and professional advisers
- Assessing transactions and providing recommendations to senior decision-makers
- Advising on property transactions such as acquisitions, disposals, leases and valuations
- Supporting planning, development, zoning and procurement-related property matters
- Reviewing property proposals and preparing recommendations for approval
- Contributing to the development and implementation of property strategy
- Ensuring adherence to relevant protocols, financial regulations and public-sector requirements
- Supporting initiatives to improve the utilisation and efficiency of the property portfolio
- Maintaining accurate property records, titles and associated information
REQUIREMENTS
To be considered, candidates must have:
- A Level 8 qualification or higher in Surveying, Estate/Property Management or Property Valuation, or an equivalent qualification
- At least 7 years' significant experience in a relevant property discipline
DESIRABLE
- Chartered membership of a recognised surveying or property body
- Experience within healthcare, public sector or another complex property environment
