ENTRY LEVEL TELESALES | DUBLIN NORTH | PERMANENT
Our client located in Santry is seeking an new permanent team member to join their Sales/Business Development team. This is an entry level telesales role where you will be completing outbound calls to business customers alongside the wider team. This role is ideal for someone who has previous telephone customer sales support or comes from a F2F retail setting, providing product information to customers.
This role is fully office based with parking on site and close to nearby bus route transport in Santry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES|
- Develop new business opportunities through outbound sales campaigns.
- Manage and grow long-term client relationships.
- Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and warehouse teams.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, reporting, and sales forecasts.
- Provide sales insights and support continuous improvement initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS|
- 1 - 2 years' experience in outbound B2B sales or business sales support or customer F2F product info within a retail setting
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
- Confident communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience using CRM systems as well as Microsoft Office.
