LOGISTICS COORDINATOR | DUBLIN NORTH | PERMANENT

Our client, based in Dublin North, is seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join their Operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced logistics professional with a background in freight forwarding, coordinating either road, sea, and/or air freight shipments.

The role offers onsite parking, working hours of 9:00am - 5:00pm, and a hybrid working arrangement of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

THE ROLE|

As part of the Operations team, you will coordinate customer shipments, manage logistics processes, and ensure a high standard of service is delivered throughout the supply chain to customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES|

• Coordinate and manage freight consignments across road, sea, and air.
• Liaise with contractors and customers to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare shipment documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Process customer invoices and supplier billing.
• Monitor shipment progress and provide regular customer updates.
• Maintain system records and support efficient operational workflows.

REQUIREMENTS|

• 1-2 years' experience within a freight forwarding or logistics environment.
• Experience coordinating road/sea or air freight shipments.
• Strong IT skills with experience using logistics/consignment systems (Azyra desirable).
• Knowledge of import/export customs procedures is an advantage.
• Excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
