Clamp Forklift Driver

Staffline Recruitment Ireland is seeking an experienced Clamp Forklift Driver in Burlington, Co. Clare (Close to Limerick border).

The role of the Clamp Forklift Driver is based in Burlington.

Responsibilities:

As a Clamp Forklift Driver, you will be responsible for the safe handling and movement of household goods within the warehouse. Your duties will include:

• Operating a clamp forklift to load, unload, and transport household goods safely;
• Handling products carefully to minimise damage during storage and distribution;
• Loading and unloading trailers in line with company procedures;
• Storing goods in designated warehouse locations;
• Carrying out daily pre-use equipment inspections and reporting any defects;
• Assisting with stock movements and inventory accuracy;
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment;
• Following all health and safety procedures and warehouse operating standards;
• Supporting the warehouse team with general duties when required.

Benefits:

• Salary of €15,00 gross pay per hour;
• Temporary role, with possibility to go permanent;

Criteria:

• Previous forklift experience is essential;
• Work experience in a warehouse environment;
• Valid forklift certificate;
• Strong awareness of health and safety procedures;
• Good attention to detail and ability to handle products with care.
