OUTBOUND SALES EXECUTIVE | DUBLIN | PERMANENT

We are seeking an experienced Outbound Sales Executive to drive sales growth through outbound B2B activity, client engagement, and strategic account development for our client's business in Santry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES|

• Develop new business opportunities through outbound sales campaigns.
• Manage and grow long-term client relationships.
• Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and warehouse teams.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, reporting, and sales forecasts.
• Provide sales insights and support continuous improvement initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS|

• 3 - 4 years' experience in outbound B2B sales or business development.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
• Confident communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
