CHEF DE PARTIE/ SENIOR CHEF DE PARTIE | NORTH COUNTY DUBLIN | PERMANENT |

Do you have previous experience working as a Chef in a hotel, restaurant or banquet dining business?

Our client, a hospitality venue in North County Dublin, is seeking a Senior Chef de Partie to join their expanding team on a permanent basis. The site offers on-site parking and is easily accessible by public transport. Due to the nature of the business, the role requires working 5 days over 7, including weekends and public holidays. Please note that the summer months are typically busier than the winter season.

• Base salary €45k - €50k Negotiable

THE ROLE |

Working as part of the team and reporting to the Head Chef, you will assist with the coordination of the day-to-day operations of the kitchen. You will assist in leading food preparation of the main service and based on business requirements support single banquet operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES|

• Worked closely with the event team to coordinate kitchen and service operations.
• Support daily kitchen production for restaurant service and large-scale banquets.
• Assist in creating menus for restaurant guests and event clients.
• Maintained HACCP, food safety, and hygiene standards.

REQUIREMENTS|

• Previous 3 - 5 years' experience working in a similar role
• Excellent knowledge of HACCP
• Ability to work 5 over 7 days including rosters which include weekends and public holidays
