Administrative Support Officer | Public Sector

We're currently recruiting for an Administrative Support Officer to join a busy Programme Administration & Support team on a fixed-term contract until 31 December 2026.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced administrator to play a key role in supporting programme delivery, maintaining accurate data and systems, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting application, appraisal, appeals and contracting processes
  • Maintaining and quality-checking data across CRM, SharePoint and other systems
  • Supporting events, training and programme administration
  • Monitoring data, preparing reports and following up on issues
  • Responding to queries and working closely with internal and external stakeholders
  • Supporting process improvement and ensuring high standards of accuracy

What you'll need:

  • 1-2 years' administration experience
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and data management experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook and SharePoint
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Dynamics is desirable
  • Microsoft software qualification (ECDL or equivalent) to QQI Level 6 minimum
