Location: Arklow, County Wicklow

Pay Rate: €14.15 - €15.00 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday

About the Role

We are currently seeking professional and reliable Temporary Front of House to provide cover support in Arklow.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working in fast-paced environments, meeting new people, and delivering excellent customer service.

Assignments may vary in duration and location, providing flexibility and valuable experience across different industries and office settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting visitors and clients in a professional and welcoming manner

• Managing incoming calls and directing enquiries appropriately

• Handling meeting room bookings and visitor sign-in procedures

• Providing administrative support including email management, filing, and data entry

• Receiving and distributing post and deliveries

• Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area

• Supporting office teams with general day-to-day administration duties Requirements

• Previous reception, administration, or customer service experience preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Professional presentation and manner

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to adapt quickly to different workplace environments

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and general office systems

• Reliable, punctual, and flexible with availability
