Job Title: Sales & Credit Control Executive
Location: Ballymoney, Northern Ireland
Salary: £13.50 per hour + bonus on profit of sales
Employment Type: Part-time 16-20hpw (Flexible)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales & Credit Control Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales through telesales, managing credit control, and performing various office administrative duties. This role is pivotal in maintaining strong relationships with our customers, primarily in the restaurant and takeaway sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Development:

  • Conduct telesales to promote and sell our products to potential and existing customers.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and follow up on leads to increase revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

• Credit Control:

  • Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely payments are received.
  • Follow up on overdue accounts and resolve any payment issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and credit limits.

• Office Administration:

  • Perform general office duties, including data entry, filing, and managing correspondence.
  • Process customer orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports and forecasts for management review.

• Customer Interaction:

  • Take orders from customers and provide excellent customer service.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving customer engagement.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, credit control, or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
