BIM Information Management Lead
Location: Competitive | Full-Time | Permanent
Our client is seeking an experienced BIM Information Management Lead to drive the successful delivery of BIM processes and digital information management across major engineering projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a BIM professional with strong technical expertise and a passion for digital project delivery.
The successful candidate will lead the management of Project and Asset Information Models, ensuring compliance with ISO 19650 standards and project information requirements. You will coordinate BIM deliverables, conduct model reviews and clash detection using Navisworks, manage Common Data Environments and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), and support project teams through training and technical guidance.
Applicants should hold an HNC, HND, or equivalent Engineering qualification, possess at least 4 years' BIM or design experience, and be proficient in ACC, Revit, Plant 3D, and Navisworks. Experience within multidisciplinary design teams is essential, while a mechanical engineering background would be advantageous.
