Warehouse Operative

Staffline Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Operative at our client's site in Park West Dublin 12

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00 to 5.30

The Benefits:

• Salary: €33,000 - €35,000
• On-site parking
• Monday to Friday

Your main duties will be:

Responsibilities

• Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment.
• High-response and accurate order picking.
• Checking the picking accuracy.
• Take responsibility in resolving any issues or error.
• Work closely with your team mates to ensure procedures are followed.
• Manifests printed for correct shipments.
• Applying best practice stock management techniques, including timely and regular stock-taking, critical stock recording and rotation, location planning and stock cleansing (returns to supplies and management of discontinuations).
• Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies.
• Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by performing regular maintenance.
• Keep updated records of inventory and activity logs.
• Comply with company policies and legal guidelines.
• Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities.

Requirements and skills

• Proven experience as a warehouse operator with a min of 2 year's experience.
• Must adhere to all health and safety guidelines.
• Good command of the English Language essential.
• Be an active member of the warehouse team.
