Are you an experienced Stores Technician with strong administrative skills and a keen eye for detail? Our client, a well-established provider of specialist industrial supply and on-site inventory solutions, is seeking a motivated individual to join their team on a permanent basis at a customer site in North Leinster.

The Role

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the stores function, ensuring materials, inventory and customer requests are managed efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and service.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety procedures
• Manage goods receiving and dispatch activities
• Pick, issue and return stock accurately
• Carry out cycle counts and support inventory accuracy
• Liaise daily with engineers, client personnel and suppliers
• Monitor and respond to site requests via email
• Deliver agreed site performance metrics and KPIs
• Support customer-specific requirements in line with contractual agreements
• Contribute ideas for continuous improvement and assist with their implementation
• Complete general administrative and operational duties as required

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous experience in a stores, warehouse or inventory control environment
• Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Maximo, Oracle or similar
• The ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A professional and customer-focused approach when dealing with clients, suppliers and colleagues
• Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
• Fluent spoken and written English

Desirable:

• Previous experience within a pharmaceutical or GMP-regulated environment
