Role: Sales Administrator
Location: Kildorrery
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
About the Role
We're looking for a Sales Administrator to join a busy, well-established business serving agricultural, commercial, residential, and marine customers.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving office where no two days are the same. You'll be dealing with a high volume of customer calls, managing orders, and helping keep deliveries running smoothly across multiple areas.
It's a role that suits someone who is comfortable on the phone, organised under pressure, and takes pride in looking after customers properly.
What You'll Be Doing
- Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls
- Processing orders accurately and coordinating deliveries
- Building strong relationships with regular customers and understanding their needs
- Assisting with pricing queries, product information, and service updates
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure efficient scheduling
- Managing customer accounts and resolving issues as they arise
- Supporting general administration and reporting
What We're Looking For
- Confident communicator - comfortable speaking with customers all day
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
- Previous experience in customer service, sales admin, or similar
- Strong attention to detail when processing orders and information
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work as part of a team
