About the Role

Staffline Recruitment Ireland is recruiting Production Operatives for upcoming opportunities with Dale Farm.

This is a great opportunity for candidates looking for steady work within a busy food production environment. As a Production Operative, you will support the day-to-day running of the production area, helping to prepare, pack and process products safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.

The Production Operative role would suit someone who is reliable, hard-working and comfortable working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Working on a busy production line

· Packing, preparing and handling products in line with site procedures

· Checking products meet quality and presentation standards

· Keeping the work area clean, organised and safe

· Following food safety, hygiene and health and safety procedures

· Supporting the wider production team to meet daily targets

· Carrying out general production duties as required

Essential Criteria

· Basic level of English

· Ability to work as part of a team

· Good attention to detail

· Reliable and punctual approach to work

· Willingness to work in a busy production environment

· Previous production, manufacturing, food production or warehouse experience would be beneficial, but is not essential
