About the Role

Staffline Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of our client, for a Property & Lettings Manager to join their growing team based in Coleraine or Ballyclare.

With over 30 years of experience in property and lettings management, our client is committed to delivering a professional, high-quality, and customer-focused service. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual to take on a varied and rewarding role within a well-established company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring high standards of property management and customer satisfaction.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders.

  • Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repairs, ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.

  • Arrange and conduct property inspections and site visits.

  • Monitor and manage property budgets, ensuring effective cost control.

  • Support all aspects of the lettings process, including tenancy administration and compliance.

  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.

  • Prepare and attend meetings with clients, contractors, and colleagues as required.

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company procedures.

  • Work towards achieving key performance targets and service standards.

Essential Criteria

  • Previous experience in property management, lettings, estate management, or a related field.

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.

  • Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.

  • Full UK driving licence and access to transport would be advantageous.
