HR Manager - Required for our client based in Antrim
22.5hpw Mon - Frid 8.30am-1pm
Salary £25-£28K depending on experience
Temp to Perm Role
Our client is a leading designer and supplier of bespoke, innovative architectural aluminium window, door, and curtain wall systems. The company operates daily dispatches to the UK and Ireland from its three-acre manufacturing and distribution headquarters in Antrim. The company is ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 quality and environmentally certified.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviews, and induction process.
- Act as the main point of contact for employee queries and concerns
- Handle disciplinary procedures, grievances, and conflict resolution
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
- Implement and manage performance appraisal systems and support managers with employee evaluations.
- Monitor and address performance issues
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
- Align HR initiatives with business objectives
- Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to senior management
- Lead organisational change and improvement initiatives
Criteria
Essential:
- 3rd level Qualification in HR/Business related discipline
- Evidence of continuous professional development
- A minimum of 3 years generalist experience in a HR Manager role.
- Experience in both Strategic and Operational HR
- Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of UK & Northern Ireland employment law
Desirable:
- CIPD membership (or working towards) or equivalent HR qualification.
- Learning & Development Practices
- Knowledge of culture Improvement Initiatives
- Knowledge of "Workflow Infinity" software
