HR Manager - Required for our client based in Antrim

22.5hpw Mon - Frid 8.30am-1pm

Salary £25-£28K depending on experience

Temp to Perm Role

Our client is a leading designer and supplier of bespoke, innovative architectural aluminium window, door, and curtain wall systems. The company operates daily dispatches to the UK and Ireland from its three-acre manufacturing and distribution headquarters in Antrim. The company is ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 quality and environmentally certified.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviews, and induction process.
  • Act as the main point of contact for employee queries and concerns
  • Handle disciplinary procedures, grievances, and conflict resolution
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
  • Implement and manage performance appraisal systems and support managers with employee evaluations.
  • Monitor and address performance issues
  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures
  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
  • Align HR initiatives with business objectives
  • Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to senior management
  • Lead organisational change and improvement initiatives

Criteria

Essential:

  • 3rd level Qualification in HR/Business related discipline
  • Evidence of continuous professional development
  • A minimum of 3 years generalist experience in a HR Manager role.
  • Experience in both Strategic and Operational HR
  • Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of UK & Northern Ireland employment law

Desirable:

  • CIPD membership (or working towards) or equivalent HR qualification.
  • Learning & Development Practices
  • Knowledge of culture Improvement Initiatives
  • Knowledge of "Workflow Infinity" software
