Role: Logistics Administrator (Training Provided)
Work Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8.30 AM - 5.30PM
Salary: £26,000-£27,000
Full, clean driving licence is required
About the Role
An established logistics and transport organisation is seeking a Logistics Administrator to join their onsite team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Reporting to the local management team, you will play a key role in managing import/export processes, documentation, and liaising with transport partners and customers.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Log and scan Proof of Delivery (POD) documents
- Support import/export operations, including bookings, data entry, and customs paperwork
- Coordinate with transport providers to ensure timely collections and deliveries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Prepare accurate shipping and logistics documentation
- Maintain internal systems and track movement of goods
- Flag any issues or delays to management
Minimum Requirements
- Logistics/haulage experience is beneficial but not essential as training will be provided
- Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Good IT skills
- Team player with a proactive attitude
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Full clean driving licence
Applicants must be based in Northern Ireland and be eligible to work in the United Kingdom, full-time, without restriction.
