WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR / LOGISTICS COORDINATOR | PERMANENT | DUBLIN 11

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor / Logistics Coordinator to join our clients team on a full-time basis.

Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 8.30 am - 5.30pm and Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm

THE ROLE |

This is a hands-on role responsible for the smooth operation of warehouse activities including goods inwards, goods outwards, stock control, delivery scheduling, and team coordination.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES|

Goods In

• Unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently
• Check incoming goods against Purchase Orders
• Process and satisfy back orders from incoming stock
• Allocate stock to warehouse locations while ensuring correct stock rotation

Goods Out

• Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders
• Arrange shipments through UPS and other couriers
• Schedule and coordinate company van deliveries on a rolling 2-week schedule

Warehouse & Stock Control

• Maintain warehouse organisation and cleanliness
• Monitor stock levels and report replenishment requirements
• Assist with annual stock takes
• Ensure stock system data is accurate and up to date
• Process delivery dockets from sales orders
• Follow up on supplier back orders and delivery dates
• Support implementation of new stock systems when required

Team & Operations

• Assist with staff supervision and daily warehouse operations
• Promote safe working practices and efficient workflows
• Participate in ISO Quality Management procedures

REQUIREMENTS|

• Minimum 5 years' warehouse experience
• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence
• Strong organisational and stock control skills
• Experience with warehouse systems and inventory management
• Good communication skills and fluent English
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
