At Staffline Recruitment we are working on behalf of our client, a market leader in the sales and distribution of chemical raw materials. With a strong reputation in the market, they pride themselves on their commitment to reliability, efficiency, and building long-term relationships with customers.
Due to continued growth, they are seeking to recruit an Inside Sales Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will be driven, adaptable, and confident in a sales environment. This is a diverse and hands-on role that plays a key part in supporting our sales operations, customer service, and office administration functions. Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing accounts against set targets and maintaining regular contact with existing clients.
- Opening and developing new trading accounts by proactively seeking out new market and product sales opportunities.
- Dealing with all daily enquiries from customers.
- Maintain relevant information on ERP system.
- Commodity focused projects when required .
- Preparing quotations and follow up to secure orders.
- Order processing.
- Sales Analysis reports
- Liaise internally and build strong working relationships with all departments.
- Weekly sales progress reports for management.
- Quarterly sales meetings / presentations
- Attending regular training sessions
- Other ADHOC duties as required by the business
Interested candidates will meet the following requirements:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales coordination, inside sales, or a sales administration role.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to liaise effectively with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a small team and improve sales operations.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach.
- Experience using CRM systems and managing product data.
- Experience or familiarity with plastics, polymers, or chemical raw material manufacturing or distribution is highly desirable.
This is a permanent position based in Dublin City Centre that will offer a salary in the region o €38,000 - €45,000, depending on experience along with a hybrid working option of 2 days per week working from home.
