📍 Location: East Cork (Midleton Base Hub)
💰 Salary: €42,000 - €46,000 DOE
🕒 Full-time | 35 hours per week
🚗 Travel required across Southwest regional sites
We are currently recruiting for a Level 2 ICT Support Technician on behalf of a well-established organisation operating across multiple sites in Ireland.
This is a hands-on support role suited to someone with strong troubleshooting experience, excellent customer service skills, and solid Microsoft 365 knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Provide Level 2 onsite and remote ICT support
✔ Support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive & SharePoint
✔ Device setup, deployment, and endpoint support
✔ Troubleshoot Windows devices, peripherals, networking, and connectivity issues
✔ Support site operations, printers, AV equipment, and basic networking
✔ Work with ticketing systems and SLA-driven support environments
Requirements:
✅ Experience in a Level 2 ICT Support or Field Support role
✅ Strong Microsoft 365 support experience
✅ Good understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, IP addressing)
✅ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
✅ Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel
Desirable:
➕ Experience with Intune, Entra ID (Azure AD), MFA, and Endpoint Manager
➕ ITIL Foundation or Microsoft certifications
