About the Role:

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Person in Charge to oversee HIQA compliance and clinical operations within a care setting in Galway. This Person in Charge role will suit a strong people-focused leader who enjoys collaborative working and operational oversight. The successful Person in Charge will work closely with senior leadership and heads of department to support the smooth running of the service.

Key Duties:

• Oversee HIQA compliance and clinical operations
• Collaborate with heads of department to ensure smooth service delivery
• Support operational and clinical management across the service
• Work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team
• Promote effective teamwork and communication across departments

Essential Criteria:

• Minimum 3 years' ADON or above experience within the last 5 years
• Management qualification
• Working towards Level 8 qualification or above
• Strong knowledge of clinical operations and HIQA compliance
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary leadership team

Desirable Criteria:

• Experience in senior clinical leadership roles
• Experience managing HIQA inspections and compliance processes
