About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Endoscopy Nurse to join our clinical team in Cork. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care before, during, and after endoscopic procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for endoscopic procedures, ensuring comfort and safety
• Assist physicians during procedures
• Monitor patients' vital signs and recovery post-procedure
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Ensure adherence to infection control and clinical standards

Requirements

• Registered General Nurse with active registration with Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)
• Previous endoscopy experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team

Desirable

• Postgraduate qualification in endoscopy nursing or gastroenterology
• Experience with decontamination procedures
