About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Care Manager to join a rapidly growing homecare provider with nationwide operations. This role is ideal for a motivated professional looking to lead and develop a team while ensuring the highest standards of care delivery within the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage carer onboarding, rosters, training, and overall staff welfare
• Deliver induction training to carers to ensure high-quality care standards
• Monitor daily operations using care management systems, ensuring compliance and safeguarding
• Liaise with internal support teams regarding scheduling, client care, and service delivery
• Identify and manage training and development needs within the team
• Conduct client quality assurance reviews in line with industry standards
• Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders including clients and external bodies
• Support overall service delivery and take on additional responsibilities as required

Requirements

• QQI Level 6 in Health Services (or higher)
• 3-5 years' experience in home care or community care in a supervisory/management role
• Experience with care management systems (e.g. One Touch) is desirable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised with excellent time management abilities
• Full eligibility to work in Ireland
