SCHEDULER | BLANCHARDSTOWN | PERMANENT
Our client based in Blanchardstown has a requirement for a Scheduler to join their team on a permanent basis. Please note that this role is fully office based with working hours of 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
THE ROLE |
You will be responsible liaising with customers and coordinating a range of activities to maximise productivity.
RESPONSIBILITIES |
- Scheduling appointment with customers
- Use a booking tool to Plan, coordinate and follow up a range of company activities to maximise productivity
- Ensure the completion of all scheduled jobs from start to finish
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures & SOPs.
- Manage staff rotas to ensure all care visits are covered
- Schedule staff efficiently based on availability and client needs
- Handle schedule changes and last-minute cover requirements
- Act as a point of contact for staff and clients
- Maintain accurate scheduling records and system updates
- Liaise with managers to support business delivery
- Support reporting and general administration
REQUIREMENTS |
- You will be able to build and maintain effective relationships with both clients and customers
- Experience working with a booking system
- Experience working with scheduling in a healthcare/home care setting highly desirable
- You will have excellent coordination skills
- Strong administrative skills
- The ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and strong problem-solving skills
