We are currently seeking applications from experienced and motivated nurses for the position of Clinical Nurse Manager I (Oncology) within a busy acute hospital setting. Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care
• Support, supervise, and develop nursing staff within the unit
• Coordinate patient care and ensure best practice standards are maintained
• Promote a positive, patient-focused environment
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams

Requirements

• Registered in the General Division of the Register of Nurses maintained by NMBI with a current PIN (essential)
• 2-4 years post-registration experience in an acute setting (essential)
• Recognised qualification in the speciality (SACT or Postgraduate qualification in Oncology Nursing) (essential)
• Minimum 1 year management experience (desirable)
• Management training programme completed (desirable)
• Proven clinical and professional ability
• Strong IT skills with proficiency in relevant systems
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Highly motivated with the ability to work under pressure
• Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development
• Ability to engage effectively with staff at all organisational levels
