Procurement & Supply Chain Manager, Fermanagh

Experienced and commercially focused Individual required to oversee sourcing strategy, supplier performance, and day to day procurement activity across multiple business areas. This role will be instrumental in strengthening processes, enhancing accountability, and driving more informed, data led decision making through effective use of ERP systems and performance metrics.

Full time, office-based role, 40 hours weekly

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver procurement and supply chain strategies aligned to business objectives
• Lead high-value negotiations across CAPEX and OPEX categories (fleet, equipment, raw materials)
• Manage supplier relationships, contracts, SLAs, and key spend areas
• Drive cost savings and cross-divisional efficiencies
• Oversee ERP systems, KPI reporting, and management information for senior leadership
• Work cross-functionally with Finance, Production, Warehousing, and Stores to ensure smooth operations
• Manage purchase orders, inventory control, and delivery performance
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations (CBAM, UKIMS, customs, Scope 3 reporting)

Who We're Looking For:

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in procurement and supply chain management
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
• Experience with ERP systems and performance reporting
• Ability to drive change and influence across teams
• 3rd level qualification or equivalent relevant previous experience
• Excellent Microsoft Office suite experience
