Rate of Pay: £19.32 p/hr

The Client: Local Healthcare body based in Portadown, serving local residents.

The Role:

• To assist the Senior Project Manager in the delivery of a programme of Revenue replacement and Capital works projects
• Manage contracts in accordance with NEC 4 contracts. Provide monthly reports on programme, financial expenditure or as may be required.
• Performance manage Contractors in accordance with specific Contract guidelines.
• Conduct monthly meetings as required by the Contract

Hours of work:

• 37 hours per week over 5 days

Requirements:

• 1 - 5 years' experience
• Driving licence and access to car/ transport to conduct site visits

AND

• Degree/HND/HNC in construction related discipline

A Basic Access NI will be required for a successful applicant.
