Sales & Marketing Coordinator
Location: Dundalk (Hybrid Working Available)
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: €28K- €30K per annum
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support a growing, dynamic business across sales, marketing, and tender activities.
This is a key support role focused on ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of sales operations, marketing campaigns, and business development processes. You will work closely with senior team members, enabling them to focus on strategic growth, client relationships, and partnerships while you manage the coordination and execution of supporting activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Administration
Maintain and update CRM records (leads, opportunities, client interactions)
Track proposals and support preparation of templates and documentation
Prepare briefing notes for client meetings
Assist with follow-ups and general sales administration
Support development of case studies
Lead Generation Support
Manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns (e.g. Dripify)
Build and manage prospect lists within CRM systems
Monitor engagement and flag potential leads
Track outreach performance and activity
Conduct competitor and market research
Tender Administration
Monitor procurement portals for opportunities
Manage tender documentation and submission deadlines
Prepare standard company information and supporting materials
Format and compile tender submissions
Maintain tender library and records
Marketing Coordination
Support content calendar planning and execution
Schedule and publish social media posts (primarily LinkedIn)
Upload website content (blogs, case studies, news)
Assist with marketing materials using Canva
Maintain marketing asset libraries
Meeting & Sales Process Coordination
Coordinate sales meetings, agendas, and scheduling
Take notes, track actions, and follow up
Maintain sales action trackers
Support alignment between sales and marketing teams
Reporting & Tracking
Maintain pipeline and lead tracking reports
Generate CRM and sales activity reports
Track marketing campaign performance
Support internal reporting for management
Skills & Experience
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Excellent written communication and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot or similar)
Strong document formatting and report preparation skills
Desirable:
Experience supporting sales or business development teams
Experience with LinkedIn outreach or digital campaigns
Canva and content creation experience
Familiarity with WordPress or CMS platforms
Experience with tenders or proposal preparation
