Staffline Recruitment Ireland is currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy and fast-moving warehouse team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is reliable, hardworking and looking to gain experience within a warehouse environment. Previous warehouse experience would be an advantage, but it is not essential, as full training will be provided.

We are looking for candidates who can offer flexibility, as shifts may change at short notice depending on operational requirements. This can be a real benefit for individuals who value variety in their working week and are open to picking up different shift patterns across days and nights.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders accurately
• Loading and unloading goods
• Moving stock safely within the warehouse
• Preparing items for dispatch
• Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and organised
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
• Supporting the wider team with general warehouse duties as required

Essential Criteria

• Good attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible approach to working hours, including days, nights and short-notice changes
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to work well as part of a team

Desirable Criteria

• Previous warehouse experience
• Experience in picking, packing or stock handling
