Position: Chef

Shift: Monday - Friday

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to menu standards
  • Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation
  • Plan menus and create recipes aligned with business goals
  • Manage kitchen staff and delegate tasks appropriately
  • Maintain stock levels, place orders, and minimize food waste
  • Ensure compliance with food hygiene, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Keep kitchen equipment and work areas clean and well‑maintained
  • Collaborate with management on menu changes & specials.

Requirements

  • Food Safety Level 2
  • Manual Handling
