Position: Chef
Shift: Monday - Friday
Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to menu standards
- Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation
- Plan menus and create recipes aligned with business goals
- Manage kitchen staff and delegate tasks appropriately
- Maintain stock levels, place orders, and minimize food waste
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Keep kitchen equipment and work areas clean and well‑maintained
- Collaborate with management on menu changes & specials.

- Food Safety Level 2
- Manual Handling
