Production Operatives

You will be involved in preparing, assembling and packaging food products while adhering to Health & Safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Factory based role for operative with food processing duties

Hours of Work: 7am- 5pm

Rate of Pay: £12.21

Key Responsibilities:

• Collating ingredients from chill area
• Maintaining a clean workstation and production area
• Working as part of a team.
• Following health and safety procedures onsite
• Maintaining a clean workstation and production floor.
• Reporting any issues to the supervisor on duty.
• Performing other tasks as assigned.
• Operating and maintaining production line equipment.
• Packaging finished product, ready for dispatch
• Load / unload pallets
• Adhering to health and safety requirements on site

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
• Ensure production demands and customer requirements are met.
• Ability to use your own initiative.
• Good communications skills (Good standard of English is essential)
• Ability to work under minimum supervision.
• Promote a Health, Safety, Hygiene and food quality culture.

****Previous experience working in a factory setting is advantageous
