Catering Assistants - Dublin City Centre

Our client, a leading services provider is inviting applications for the position of catering assistant on a temporary basis Mon to Fri at its state of the art facility in Dublin 1. The purpose of the role will be to provide a friendly catering service, performing a variety of manual tasks associated with food production and service in the location and to assist in the preparation of food / snacks.

Key areas of responsibility :

• Preparing and storing food safely
• Setting up all tables and food service area
• Serving food
• Ensuring great customer service at all times
• Ensuring that the kitchen and service areas are clean and tidy
• Assisting with waste removal and washing up

Requirements :

• HACCP/ Food Safety Training Certificate
• Valid manual handling certificate
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Previous experience in a restaurant/catering environment preferred
