Kitchen Assistant

Currently seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support a busy and friendly kitchen team in Mayo. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and being part of a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting chefs with basic food preparation

• Washing, peeling, and chopping ingredients

• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen

• Washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment

• Ensuring food storage areas are clean and organised

• Supporting the team during busy service periods

Requirements:

• Previous kitchen or hospitality experience is desirable

• Ability to work well as part of a team

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

• Good understanding of hygiene and food safety practices

• Flexibility with working hours, including evenings and weekends
